Projects
- 2024.02 - 2024.06
Knot Theory and the Jones Polynomial
A knot is a closed loop in three-dimensional space, similar to a piece of string whose ends are joined together, so it cannot be untied without cutting. Knot theory aims to understand and classify these knots mathematically.
- Knot invariant
- Knot equivalence
- 2022.09 - 2022.11
AI for Connect-4 Game
C implementation of the classic Connect 4 board game played on an 8x8 grid. The game features a single-player mode where you compete against an AI opponent. The AI uses a minimax algorithm with alpha-beta pruning to optimize its moves, providing a challenging experience.
- Minimax algorithm
- Heuristic function
- 2017.06 - 2018.09
Construction of a Low-Cost Weather Balloon
Low-Cost Stratospheric Probe project, which aims to build a high-altitude weather balloon equipped with sensors and cameras, utilizing open-source hardware and software solutions whilst staying on budget.
